23rd July, 2009 E.ON has today launched the Energy Saver v9 tariff. This is available across the country for both dual fuel and electricity only customers. Electricity only customers with no mains gas qualify for an extra discount.
With this tariff all customers receive a free energy monitor to allow them to help manage their energy consumption.
Customers can pay by monthly direct debit or quarterly cash/cheque.
Energy Saver v9 is a capped price tariff with a discount until 31st December 2010, which unfortunately means that early termination fees do apply for any customer leaving before the end of the capped period - £30 for electricity only customers and £60 for dual fuel customers.
